What are your office hours?

JC Charters and Tours is open 7 days a week, 24 hrs a day..

Is the fare refundable?

Our fares are non-refundable.

What about inclement weather conditions?

We make every effort to stick to our schedule, however occasionally, if we deem road conditions hazardous to the safety of our customers and drivers, it becomes necessary to cancel our trips. We update our phone message and our website when that decision is made. The fare paid is non-refundable however we will hold the credit for use within six (6) months from date of cancellation.

Are pets allowed on board the coach?

Trained service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are the ONLY animals permitted to board JC Charters and Tours motor coaches.
What are rebates from casinos? Each casino varies and the rebates given are subject to change by the casinos on a monthly basis. Please visit our Atlantic City Line Run page for current casino rebate information.

How do I charter a coach for a trip I am planning?

You can simply contact us by phone at 301-674-9382 or 301-773-7451. You can also submit a request form online through our contact form.

How do I make a reservation after your office is closed?

If you plan to travel within 48 hours, please leave a message on our answering machine. We monitor our after-hours phone messages regularly. You will receive a return call as quickly as possible. If your reservation is more than three (3) days away, please call during our regular business hours. You may also email your request or leave a message on our voice answering machine.
